How long will my confectionery last for?
All of our sweets will last for minimum 8 months up to 14 months but try and always keep in a cool place and out of sunlight.

Can I choose which bottles go into a gift box?
We want you to get a taste of all of the delicious flavours of our sweets and want to work with you so your happy. To change what goes into a certain box comes with an additional charge so please email for more information.

We try and support all types of requirements which is why we now have the following options: Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Gelatine Free
I need to cancel or amend my order. How can I do this?

My order is damaged, incomplete or is not what i ordered. What should I do?
We’re so sorry that your item has not arrived as it should have done. Please contact our customer service team on +44(0)2073814652 or email with your order number and details of the issue and any images if possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve this for you.
Will there be an invoice included with my gift?
As many of our treats are gifts we never include an invoice with our packages. Instead we put all of the order information into a nice handy email, which we only send to the person that placed the order.
Do we offer international delivery?
Yes, it's possible we can offer international delivery but please call us or email firstname.lastname@example.org. And, of course, all international deliveries need to go through customs clearance, which can sometimes cause delays. Where possible we send all international parcels by Royal Mail International Signed For, which aims to deliver within 7-10 working days. Please note that these delivery lead times are just an estimated time frame and some deliveries may take a little longer due to delays in Customs, which we are unable to predict or control.

How will my Gift be packaged?
We want your goodies to arrive in perfect condition; to look and taste as good as they did when they left us, So we’ve put a lot of effort into getting the packaging just right. After carefully nestling the sweets in their food-safe packaging, we wrap the whole thing up in our lovely tissue paper, simple bubble wrap and seal it with an Ask Mummy & Daddy sticker. Once this is done it goes into our branded mailing bag.
Are you big on recycling?
Recycling is a big part of our business and 100% of our brand are on top of this – from our mailing bags, bottles, lids, packaging is 100% fully recyclable and its something we are proud of.
Can I have my order sent to arrive on the same day?
We do offer a same day delivery within the Greater London area. Please contact us on +44(0)2073814652 or email for same day delivery prices.
Courier Same Day deliveries are guaranteed in greater London for orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year). Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. Our same day delivery service can deliver any time until 8pm on the same day. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific delivery slots.
We will do our best to get your order out on a same day delivery but if, for any reason, we cannot fulfill your order we will let you know as soon as possible. Please note that if no one is available to receive your order the items will be returned to us and any re-sends will be subject to further P&P charges.
We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient is not available to receive the order. If your delivery postcode is not shown and you want delivery within the greater London area please give us a call us and we will get a quote from our couriers for same day delivery.
Where is my parcel?
Royal Mail advise that 95% of the parcels on this service arrive between 2-3 days with the remaining parcels being delivered on the next working day after.
Please note that courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands can take between four and five days.
Unfortunately we’re not able to take responsibility for any delays on the part of Royal Mail. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can. All deliveries are trackable and you will be provided with a tracking code.
If your parcel has still not arrived on time, please email us on email@example.com.
We will raise an investigation with the delivery service to try and locate your order, and resolve this with you as soon as possible.
Will my parcel fit through the door?
The larger items such as gift boxes or a big order in general are too big to be put through the postbox and therefore will require someone at the property to sign for the item.
