How long will my sweets last?

All of our sweets, except for the candy floss range, will last for a minimum of 8 months if stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

The candy floss will last for 3 months.

Are your sweets vegetarian?

Many, but not all of our sweets are vegetarian.

Vegetarian sweets are clearly identified on the label and in the product descriptions on our website.

Can I choose which sweets go into a gift box?

Yes! We would love you to try as many of our delicious sweets as possible. That’s why we allow you to design your own gift boxes. Simply select 3 of our tubs and choose your favourite sleeve.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

If you’d like to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team and we’ll do our best to cancel or amend your order before it’s picked and sent out.

My order is damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Firstly, we’re very sorry your order hasn’t reached you in the condition you’d expect.

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. It would also be really helpful if you could include some images showing the problem. Like that, we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Will there be an invoice sent with my gift?

As many of our orders are sent as gifts, we never include an invoice in the package. All of the order information will be sent by email, only to the person who places the order.

How much does UK mainland delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on orders over £30.

UK Mainland delivery costs £3.95 on orders under £30.

Do you offer international delivery?

We can ship your sweets to anywhere in Europe at a flat rate of £30.00 per order. We use DHL, UPS & TNT for international orders and this usually takes 5 – 7 working days to be delivered.

Currently we are not able to send our sweets to UAE or the USA due to restrictions.

Please note these delivery times are an estimate and some deliveries may take a little longer due to customs delays, which we are unable to predict or control.

How will my sweets be packaged?

We want your sweets to arrive in perfect condition and taste as good as they did when they left us. That’s why we’ve put a lot of effort into getting our packaging just right.

After carefully placing your sweets in individual food-safe packaging, we wrap them in delicate tissue paper, followed by protective bubble-wrap. We seal them with an Ask Mummy & Daddy sticker and dispatch them in one of our printed mailing bags.

Can your packaging be recycled?

Recycling is important to our business so we are proud to say all of our packaging, mailing bags, tubs and lids are 100% recyclable.

Where is my order?

Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail and takes 2-4 days. Royal Mail advise that 95% of parcels arrive within 2-3 days, with the remaining parcels arriving the next working day.

​Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands can take 4-5 business days.​

Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for any delays on the part of Royal Mail. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can. All deliveries are trackable and you will be provided with a tracking code.

Will my order fit through my letterbox?

Larger items such as gift boxes and tubs are too big to fit through most letterboxes and therefore will require someone to be at the address to receive the order.
