Growth Marketer 


We are flexible to get the right person. Initially we are looking for someone to work in a freelance capacity on a part time basis (3 days a week). There is the possibility of this role becoming permanent as the business grows. 



The role is based in our office in Fulham, London. As we are a small-knit team, we are looking for someone to join us physically in the office – if you like tea and confectionery all the better! 


The Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic Growth Marketer to work with our Founder / Managing Director with a focus on creating, implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns to acquire customers for the e-commerce channel of our confectionery gifting company.


This is a very hands-on role that will require someone with the experience of running growth generating digital marketing activity, ideally in a start-up environment. You will plan our campaigns, curate and create our content, manage our digital activity and most importantly, test, analyse and report on which digital channels, ads, content performs best at driving website visits and conversions. 


In short, our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive traffic and optimise conversions using a mix of paid and organic tactics. 


You will also be ambitious about finding scalable and viable ways to grow the brand’s online community and to get our brand in front of our target audience providing them with a great brand experience. 


As one of a team of 3, this is a broad role, so we need someone who is not only a driven self-starter, able to work independently, but who is also happy to roll up their sleeves, ‘join in’ and go above and beyond to get the job done!


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition across all existing and new marketing channels with accountability for customer engagement and acquisition goals

  • Employ a data-driven approach in order to build and execute digital testing across messaging, creative, audience, frequency and channel mix. Ensure successful measurement and attribution to build a clear view of our best performing campaigns, and marketing’s overall impact on customer growth.

  • Own organic social channels through creative content creation and messaging to build the brand identity

  • Organise engaging competitions and partnerships with other cool brands

  • Report KPIs to the business on a weekly basis


Skills & Qualifications

  • Solid, proven digital marketing expertise, ideally within a start-up environment

  • Knowledge of executing, testing and measuring digital acquisition campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google etc.

  • Expertise working on tracking/attribution through Google Analytics.

  • A great team player, great communication skills, high attention to detail 

  • Creative, with the ability to create and curate content for use digitally

  • You thrive in new situations - a quick learner, self-motivated and not afraid to try new things - we are a start-up with ambitions to scale rapidly and effectively
